Manny Pacquiao’s congressman-bro gets admission from Jaybee: Kasalanan lahat ni de lima

t took the brother of “Fighting Senator” Manny Pacquiao to get a statement from detained drug lord Jaybee Sebastian that Senator Leila de Lima is the “one to blame” for the monstrous drug business at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). During Monday’s House probe on the NBP drug issue, Sarangani Rep. Rogelio Pacquiao asked Sebastian straight up who he thinks is the “protector” of the illicit business at the national penitentiary.


“Sino ba ang protector ng drug trade sa NBP?” said Rep. Pacquiao, a retired boxer. “Mahirap magsalita…pero sa takbo ng kwento, si Secretary De Lima ang may kasalanan nito,” replied Sebastian, who is alleged to be the most powerful drug boss in the NBP. “Okay, maganda na yung maliwanag,” noted Pacquiao. Before that exchange, Sebastian was yet to give a damning statement about De Lima’s complicity in the NBP drug trade. De Lima allegedly patronized and benefitted from the NBP drug business during her time as Justice secretary. #
