Salamat sa BJ, saba! Umali calls revelations about De Lima’s sex, love lives a ‘shining moment’ for House

The chair of the House of Representatives justice committee believes the chamber shone because it became the venue for the public to know about the alleged lurid details of Senator Leila de Lima’s love and sex lives. Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali described the hearings that have been conducted by his committee so far as the “first shining moment of the House” as he hailed the presentation of inmates from the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) who testified to De Lima’s alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade inside the national penitentiary. De Lima’s former security aide, Joenel Sanchez, testified during Thursday’s hearing about the supposed romantic relationship between the former justice secretary and her erstwhile driver-bodyguard, Ronnie Dayan. Sanchez even gave graphic details that will attest to De Lima’s alleged intimate relationship with Dayan. “Madalas din kaming pumunta sa bahay ni SOJ DELIMA sa Bicol at kapansin pansin ang sweetness nila. Habang kami ay bumabyahe papuntang probinsya sila po ay nagsusubuan ng nilagang saging saba,” he recalled. And although the committee decided against showing De Lima’s alleged sex video, Sanchez more than made up for its absence by describing its supposed contents. “Nagulat po ako nang ipinakita ni Bantam (De Lima’s driver) sa akin ang video ni SOJ De Lima at Ronnie Dayan: ang isang video ay nagpo- posing si SOJ De Lima malapit sa shower room ng hubo’t hubad at ang isa namang video ay nag bi “BJ” si SOJ De Lima kay Ronnie Dayan,” he said.
